Hello my dear All-Options community,
I am writing to let you all know that February 23rd is my last day as a staff member at All-Options. For the past 3 years, I have cherished the opportunities All-Options has given me to learn and grow in my leadership. It has been a pleasure and an honor to have been such a big part of moving our mission forward, creating and perfecting direct service programming, facilitating all of the workshops, and supporting volunteers and intern as they make their contributions to All-Options and their communities.
I started with All-Options as a volunteer in September 2015 after driving by the Center and becoming immediately concerned it was a crisis pregnancy center. When I looked it up, I was surprised to find the most amazing organization that believed all the same things I did about reproductive freedom and supporting folks in their full spectrum of needs around pregnancy, parenting, abortion, and adoption. I applied to be a volunteer and never looked back.
This has been a bittersweet decision to make, but it was the right one for me. I will be working for the National Network of Abortion Funds on the Organizing team as their new Leadership Development Coordinator. All-Options supported me in developing my own skills, knowledge, experience, and leadership, and now I hope to share that with the movement in a new way. I am so excited to start this new chapter in my life, and extra excited that my new job at NNAF will have me in movement spaces with many of you in the future. I am thankful to All-Options for being my community for the past 3 years and I’m so excited to see where AO goes next!
In love and solidarity,
Amanda Pretlow Lamm
