If you are pregnant and unsure how to feel or what to do next, or you want to talk about a past or current experience with abortion, adoption, parenting, infertility or pregnancy loss, you’ve found the right place. Call our All-Options Talkline at 1-888-493-0092 from anywhere in the United States or Canada!
At All-Options, we understand that pregnancy experiences and decisions can be connected and complex – that having a miscarriage may bring up feelings about a past abortion, and that being adopted can influence your feelings about becoming a parent. Our All-Options Talkline is a place where all options, decisions, experiences, and feelings are welcomed and respected, at any point in your journey.
People of all ages, genders, races, sexualities, backgrounds, religious affiliations, and political leanings call our All-Options Talkline. Most of our callers are pregnant or have been pregnant and want to talk about their own experiences. We also hear from partners, parents, friends, and loved ones who want to talk about their own feelings and/or how they can support someone in their lives.
The All-Options Talkline is staffed by volunteer peer-counselors. If you call the Talkline and hear a voicemail message, please leave a message with your first name, your telephone number, and the time zone from which you are calling. We will return your call as soon as we can, within 48 hours. We will call back from a blocked number. Please let us know if we can leave a voicemail if you don’t answer. We are based in the United States and can only return calls within the United States and Canada.
All-Options offers peer-based counseling and support. Our volunteer Talkline Advocates are not licensed healthcare providers or mental health specialists. If you are experiencing a mental health emergency or having thoughts of hurting yourself, call or text 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline (US) or call 1-800-784-2433 (Canada) Crisis Centre. All-Options reserves the right to block, without warning, any inappropriate or abusive callers.
